All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States

  • International shipping may be available depending on the destination

Shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers such as

DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted logistics partners.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

QuickMoto LLC is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
