Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Due to hygiene and quality standards, used or damaged items cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


Return Process

  2. Our team will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
